"I have had State Farm Home Owners and Car Insurance for almost 40 years. When I purchased my home in Reno 14 years ago, I wanted to stay with State Farm. I asked a few folks who they would recommend and Tim Rosene’s name was mentioned a few times. I am grateful I chose him. 5 years ago, we had a few sections of fence blow down due to our high winds in Northwest Reno. Tim came through for us and helped us through the process of selecting a contractor. He is personable, professional and super friendly. His office staff is also very helpful and friendly— Trystan and Constance have helped me numerous times over the phone with my policies. I feel fortunate to be in such good hands."

The service has been excellent throughout and superior to most of their competitors. Constance Powers, in particular has been terrific.. We would happily award 5 stars to Tim/State Farm except State Farm has not always been competitive on their pricing across their range of policies during these last couple of years. We continue to have two policies with them and would happily bring more back."

"I recently moved to Reno from Seattle and began shopping for insurance coverage for my family. Usually this task daunts me as my history with insurance agents has been poor. However, as soon as I met Mr. Rosene I knew I was dealing with a different kind of insurance agent. He actually took the time to get to know my family and asks about them every time I call.
